Yes, I think we are all anxiously awaiting spring which means spring cleaning time for a lot of us!
I thought I would give you some cleaning and organizational tips that I have found which should make cleaning a little easier! I find that it helps me if I have a “to do” list for anything that I am going to do. Cleaning and organizing is no exception. Here is a good list that I found on Pinterest http://www.pinterest.com from Sunny Day Family .http://www.lsunnydayfamily.com.
Kitchen cupboards and pantries always seem to need organizing. I like going to the dollar stores to get containers to use for this purpose. Here are some tips from Jessica Autumn. http://www.jessicaautumn.com
Just look at what we can do, and how organized we can be, with a kitchen pantry set up like this! I love it!! This idea comes from Feasthome. http://www.feasthome.com
My daughter found these labels on Better Homes and Gardens http://www.bhg.com and uses them all of the time. Just download them (there are three different colors) and print the label name–really easy! I use them for baskets and containers in my pantry (light bulbs, baking supplies, etc.) I also use them on my craft supply containers (envelopes, cards, rubber stamps, etc.)
Don’t you feel so much better when things are clean and organized? Or do you have the same opinion as Erma Bombeck?
I put all of these ideas on my Pinterest board (JKSJKSDesign). I hope these ideas help you make your home squeaky clean and organized for spring and the months ahead!
