Let’s Plan a Super Bowl Party!

It is almost here–the Super Bowl, that is!  So, let’s plan a super bowl party!

Although we still have a couple of weeks before the Super Bowl, it is not too early to start planning the party.  I have found some great ideas so thought I would share them with you.

I thought this football field party table was fun!  This is from A Night Owl.  This particular one is made out of green felt, but I think you could get the same effect by using green paper.

This idea for holding the tableware is from Rust and Sunshine.  I think I featured this idea in last year’s Super Bowl blog but thought it was worth sharing again.

Great way to display the eating utensils! From www.tablespoon.com

Here is a great way to hold the napkins–a penalty flag bucket!  This was featured in an article in HGTV Magazine.   You can download the template for the “penalty” sign.

Everyone loves nachos so why not begin with a  Super Bowl Nacho Bar.  I found this on Pinterest, and it is from The Magical Slow Cooker.

Cheese and crackers are always a good snack to serve at any party.  I like this football cheese plate from Babble.

Pigskins in a Blanket would be a big hit for the party.  Pillsbury has this idea on Pinterest with the “how to” instructions.

Save room for dessert!  I found a couple of great-looking ones, and they seem easy to make!  The chocolate football cupcakes are from Skinny Mom.

The peanut butter football blondies are from Well Plated by Erin.  The recipe calls for wheat flour, but I would think you could use white flour instead.

February 7 will be here before we know it!   Are you ready for some football???  I hope I have given you some ideas for your party.  As always, I have pinned all of these on my board (Janis Slaughter) on Pinterest.
