Let’s “Think Spring”!Yes, because spring is just around the corner–and aren’t we all glad!!! I love spring when the flowers start popping up, and the trees start to bud! I especially love daffodils and tulips! So, I started my seach on Pinterest and found some great florals and other ideas to get in the “spring” mood!
I always have a spring wreath on my front door. I usually make my own, but I found this pretty one on The Shabby Tea Room. What a welcome it would give to your guests as they arrived at your front door.
How about container gardening? This container filled with the various spring flowers (bulbs) would make a great statement on your front porch or patio/deck area. This idea comes from Dan Ashbach-Dan 330.
Here is a great arrangement to greet your guests when they enter your home. It is a great idea for your entry way table, dining room table or in your kitchen. I found this on Colin Cowie Weddings. Since I love daffodils and work a lot with burlap–this really caught my eye. I think I am going to have to make this arrangement!
But of course, I also love tulips! I like this arrangement using a simple glass jar and raffia. This idea comes from Life at Cloverhill.
I am always looking for free downloads/printables. I know I have highlighted some in the past, but I found some new ones that I think you will enjoy using in your home. I have printed this one from Shabbyfufu and have framed it for my entryway.
These printables are also great, and I will definitely find a place for them in my home. Hello Spring is from Happiness is Homemade. The Emerson quote “The earth laughs in flowers” is from Ella Claire.
I have pinned all of these ideas on my “Spring” board on Pinterest (Janis Slaughter). I hope you have fun getting ready for spring and enjoy the beauty of this time of year! Happy Spring to all!
