Father’s Day is almost here – so let’s get busy and celebrate Dad!
Getting ready for Father’s Day means having the kids make some really neat cards/gifts for Dad and Grandpa! I found a couple of cute ideas that I thought I would share with you. First of all, this Father’s Day Hand Tree from Savvy Sassy Moms is a cute idea. It would be a great gift for Dad to put in his office or for Grandpa.
This craft stick roll-up card from Michaels is also a cute idea. Once again, it could be for Dad or Grandpa. It looks super easy to make! The kids would have fun making this!
Make Dad feel special on Father’s Day morning with these gluten-free buttermilk donuts from Food.com. If gluten-free isn’t an issue with Dad, I found several recipes for regular baked donuts on Pinterest.
After that special Father’s Day dinner, cookout or whatever you may have planned, save room for dessert. I found these two ideas (once again on Pinterest) and both look delicious! This Father’s Day shirt cake from Learn as We Go looks really cute and easy to make.
If Dad or Grandpa are ice cream guys, then these super sundae brownie bowls are just the ticket. This idea comes from Country Living. I am sure the rest of the family will enjoy these as well–especially the kiddos!
I love subway art, and I found this free Father’s Day printable from SwishPrintables. I could see the printable in a frame and given as a gift to Dad. It could also be made into a Father’s Day card for the kiddos to give Dad. All kinds of possibilities!!!
Whatever your plans for Dad and/or Grandpa, I hope the family makes sure to tell them how much they are loved! We can never say it too often!!! Happy Father’s Day!
